Hi Lucy,
Thanks for the idea. The only challenge with such a capability will be 'Checklists' that needs to be filled during status updates - Many organizations leverage Zuper checklists to enforce & maintain operational guardrails during status updates. Hence introducing status updates in dispatch board could be disruptive when user needs to fill a checklist during updates. Would be happy to understand your point of you further on this.
