One of the recent updates (some time in early 2026) made it so every note that gets added to a call generates a notification for every one. It used to not have a notification for note that came from integrations & only from notes that were created in zuper. I currently get about 8 notifications per dispatch from notes that come from the freshdesk integrations If we can turn off notifications for notes and only have notifications for new jobs.
