-ability to see more tech's on the screen (smaller view without changing the browser view)
- lock in the dispatch que sort so that if I refresh I do not need to resort
- ability to see the week at a better glance

Hi Jordan/Brown, Thanks for your valuable inputs. We're already considering improving the real-estate utilization of dispatch board. This must avoid changing browser zooms and should sit well with Week & Month views too.
On the need to refresh/lock dispatcher's queue, Zuper offers real-time refresh of dispatch board that prevents the need for dispatchers to refresh everytime to find out new, incoming jobs/work orders. While this is part of our premium plan, kindly reach-out to CX/Support teams for more information. I'm sure this will solve your problem on this front.
