We would like Zuper chat to entirely replace our primary communication tool, but half of our employees won't use any other feature.

Thank you for the request. Zuper Chat is currently available only on the Premium plan, along with other Premium features. We'll keep you posted on any changes to how Zuper Chat can be accessed.
