Add to dos or reminders that appear in front of dashboard for client

It seems as though we are struggling to visualize the correct information at the front of our dashboards while on visits.
The teams have requested ICONS for certain types of accesses (so they know what to bring) as well as ''to do'':
Something that they can input into the customer module and then have appear in the dashboard view of their mobile app to remember to bring certain equipment or items
