What's new ? - July 2025

We’re excited to bring you the feature and enhancements updates from July. Here are the key highlights:

  1. Zuper Pay now includes a dedicated Reports tab with detailed summaries for transactions, refunds, disputes, payment methods, and payout reconciliation.
  2. Vendor Management is here: manage suppliers, catalogs, and purchase orders seamlessly in one place.
  3. Introducing Purchase Orders, now letting you create, approve, and customize your way to faster and smarter procurement.
  4. Mobile Maps now comes with enhanced filters and global search for faster, more precise results.
  5. Timesheets now include break rule settings to enforce, track, and manage meal and rest breaks with ease.
  6. The iOS image editor now offers a cleaner, more intuitive experience with easy shapes, text, and drag-and-drop annotations.
  7. The new Zuper AI features streamline documentation, summaries, and transcriptions for faster, more accurate job and call management.
  8. Service Contracts can now be used as the primary module in Report Builder, with connections to multiple related modules.
  9. Views are now available across more modules, and KPI metrics in Quotes and Invoices now follow listing view filters automatically. 

Features

Zuper Pay Reporting

Platform: Web ,V3

You can now access Zuper Pay exclusive reports directly from the Payments module under the new Reports tab (next to Payouts). Available reports include:

  • Payment Summary – Overview of transactions, processing fees, disputes, refunds, and credited amounts.

  • Payment Detail – Transaction-level data with customer, invoice/quote IDs, fees, and net amounts.

  • Payment Method – Breakdown of transactions and payments by method with fees.

  • Refund Report – Summary of issued refunds with related invoice/quote IDs and dates.

  • Chargeback Report – Dispute details including status, amounts, and customer info.

  • Payout Reconciliation – Detailed breakdown of transactions contributing to each payout.

Vendor Management

Platform: Web ,V3

The new Vendor Management module is now available in the Purchasing section, enabling you to manage suppliers, product catalogs, and purchase orders directly within Zuper.

  • Vendor Creation – Create vendors within Zuper by adding basic details and building their product catalog without relying on third-party tools.

  • Product Catalogue – Select parts from the master inventory, maintain variants, and add SKUs with associated costs for each variant.

  • Purchase Orders – Create purchase orders directly from the vendor’s product catalog and easily navigate between vendor details, catalog, and associated purchase orders.

Purchase Order

Platform: Web ,V3

The new Purchase Orders (PO) feature in the Purchasing module helps manage procurement for both job-linked purchases and stock replenishment.

Key Highlights:

  • Flexible PO Creation – Create POs as standalone or from Jobs/Quotes, with vendor-based SKU validation, auto-filled delivery details, and support for custom line items.

  • Approval Workflows – Configure centralized approval hierarchies in Misc Settings → Approval Hierarchy, with vendor approval rules as needed.

  • Custom Fields & Templates – Add PO-level custom fields, export POs in PDF/XLS, and use or customize the provided PDF template.

Enhanced Filters and Search in Mobile Maps

Platform: Mobile , V3

The Maps module on mobile and tablet now offers improved filtering and search for quicker access to relevant information.

  • Quick Filters in Jobs Tab – Filter map results by distance and date (up to 30 days) using predefined or custom ranges.

  • Global Search – Search across modules (Jobs, Users, etc.) with grouped and counted results.

  • Search in Location – Narrow results to the visible area on the map for more precise filtering.

Meal and Rest Break Compliance in Timesheets

Platform: Mobile ,V3

New settings in Timesheets help enforce meal and rest break compliance:

  • Set break rules with Allow, Warn, or Restrict modes.

  • In Warn mode, capture mandatory remarks for early resumptions.

  • Automatically flag early resumptions for easier tracking and review.

New Photo Editing Experience in iOS

Platform: Mobile (iOS) , V3

The image editor in the iOS app has been redesigned for a simpler and more intuitive experience. With the new editor, technicians can:

  • Add shapes such as circles, arrows, and squares to highlight specific areas.

  • Insert text with or without background for clearer annotations.

  • Drag and reposition shapes and text anywhere on the image.

  • Use an improved, streamlined interface for quicker photo markups.

AI Walkthrough Notes

Platform: Mobile , V3

Technicians can now capture images and provide voice input during jobs, with Zuper AI automatically transcribing and summarizing the input into a structured job note. This reduces manual entry, saves time, and ensures accurate, professional job documentation.

Technicians can now record voice input for job notes, checklists, and forms, with Zuper AI automatically transcribing it into structured text. This speeds up documentation, reduces typing, and ensures accurate records

AI Call Transcription (Zuper Connect)

Zuper Connect now offers AI-powered call transcription to help teams capture and review every customer interaction with ease. When a call is recorded, Zuper AI automatically converts the conversation into accurate, searchable text. This makes it simple to scan for key points, track commitments, analyze service quality, and ensure that no important detail is overlooked.

AI Call Summary

Zuper Connect now uses Zuper AI to automatically generate call summaries with key discussion points, action items, and sentiment analysis (positive, negative, or neutral). Summaries appear directly in the conversation thread.

Enhancements

Service Contracts Now Available in Report Builder

Platform: Web , V3

You can now create detailed reports with Service Contracts as the primary module in Report Builder. This enhancement also allows you to link Service Contracts with the following secondary modules:

  • Organization

  • Customers

  • Jobs

  • Property

  • Assets

  • Invoices

  • Quotes

Listing Views

Platform: Web , V3

The Views feature is now available in the following modules: Customers, Organization, Property, Quotes, Invoices, Contracts, Assets, Parts and Services, Requests, Pricelists, Transfer Orders.

In addition, KPI metrics in Quotes and Invoices have been updated:

  • The standalone date filter for KPI metrics has been removed.

  • KPI metrics now automatically reflect any filters applied to the listing view, including date filters


Other Enhancements

  1. You can now unarchive Quotes and Invoices to restore them to their original status. This helps avoid creating new records when an archived one needs to be reused.
