What's new on Zuper

WEBAPP

NEW:

1. You can assign jobs to an existing route from the jobs module. For more details about this feature, view here.
2. A bulk update has been enabled to update the scheduled time of the job
3. Bulk charge payment for the invoices is now possible
4. Now the users can track the live location of their employee for the present day. 
5. Two new financial reports are added- Payment transaction and Financing report.
6. As a part of new workflow update, the customers can update in specific hours and minutes
7. The admin can now add remarks against the punch in or punch out
8. The asset history is added for an asset where the entire history of the asset is stored here

FIX:

1. For the deleted invoices, the reminders and due alerts are automatically disabled
2. The customer can schedule an employee timesheet card in the frequency of days/month/year
3. The temporary activation and deactivation of webhooks is possible.
4. The user can now create an asset without having to choose a customer
5. The user can now view the time offs in manage time offs page and the non working days of the particular organization are omitted
6. View the associated contracts under the property details page
7. The asset status details can now be viewed in asset details page
8. The regex validation is introduced to predefine characters for the job and customer fields.

MOBILE APP

NEW:

1. The field executives can now add remarks against the punch in or punch out
2. Major asset action enrichments are made to help maintain the asset life cycle and the operations that can be done on the asset. Install, remove, replace/swap, place under service, mark as obsolete. These are the various asset actions possible with this new update. FIX:

1. All the images for a job can now be viewed in a carousel view using the swipe gesture on the mobile app.
2. The asset details can be edited and the asset serial numbers are showcased on the mobile asset details page

Zuper-Slack Integration:

With this new integration with slack, we have made it easy to connect your slack account with Zuper account and enable your team to get all updates.

This integration is beneficial in a workplace to have full visibility of the activities they as a company are involved in.
